SOUND HEALING
Drum Meditation Sound Healing sessions are a wonderful deep healing tool, using the Irish Drum, the Bodhrán and working in the potent lineage of Immram, the Irish wonder voyages or shamanic journeys.
The sound of the drumbeat connects us to our own heartbeat, to the pulse of our blood within our bodies, and to life itself. The drum’s rhythm synchronises the left and right hemispheres of the brain and often triggers a theta brain wave state, wherein deep healing and profound insights naturally occur.
The drum connects us to the earth and acts to harmonise our energetic body and provide healing. It will often lead to the release of stress, emotions and trauma stored in the body and leave you feeling more relaxed, gaining insights and intuitive knowledge of your own life.

An escape is what we wanted. Natural wonders, space and views that replenish and refresh, a sacred place to start our married life. We got all that and more, with sightings of weka, pheasants, tui, quail and a private bay that was outstanding.
